1. The object of the order is delivery with the installation and commissioning of operational lamps, bridges, anesthesia columns and surgical columns for the purposes of the Operational Bolku WS SP ZOZ in Nowa Salt as part of the Modernization task through the expansion of the Multispecialist Operational Block SPZOZ Hospital in Novaya Salt.

1. The object of the order is delivery with the installation and commissioning of operational lamps, bridges, anesthesia columns and surgical columns for the purposes of the Operational Bolku WS SP ZOZ in Nowa Salt as part of the Modernization task through the expansion of the Multispecialist Operational Block SPZOZ Hospital in Novaya Salt.

The subject of remission is the delivery of equipment with its launch to the upgraded operating block for 8 operating rooms detailed

in Annex 1 to SWZ. Within the time limit set in agreement with the general contractor of construction works, investor supervision and the Contracting Authority. Currently, construction works are carried out by Climamedic sp. z o.o. sp. k. by 31.12.2021. The Contracting Authority shall not allow delivery to the premises of the Ordering Party. The products are to be delivered directly to the construction and assembled.

The Contracting Authority informs that the anesthesia apparatus will be located on mobile trolleys, not on surgical columns.
