The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the area of the municipality of Rozprza in the year 2022

In the implementation of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to:

1) receipt and development, directly from the owners of inhabited property, of mixed municipal waste (code 20 03 01);

2) receipt and development, directly from the owners of inhabited property, of waste collected selectively, i.e.:

(a) paper and cardboard waste, packaging waste of paper and cardboard (code: 20 01 01 01, 15 01 01 01 01),

(b) plastic waste, including packaging waste of plastic, and multi-plant packaging waste, metal waste, including packaging waste from metals (code: 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 20 01 40, 15 01 40, 15 01 04),

(c) glass waste, including packaging waste from glass (20 01 02, 15 01 07),

(d) biodegradable waste - biowaste (code: 20 02 01, 20 01 08);

Estimated amount of municipal waste:

1) mixed (non-segregated and non-segregated) in an amount of 1043,96 Mg;

2) segregated in an amount of 762.65 Mg including:

(a) glass in the amount of 329,58 Mg;

(b) Plastics, multi-cartridges,

packaging of metals in the amount of 293,18 Mg;

(c) paper in the amount of 64,97 Mg;

(d) biodegradable waste of 74,92 Mg.

The indicated quantities of waste shall be given only auxiliary to facilitate the Contractors of the valuation of the contract.

The amount of biodegradable waste collected during the period of the order was estimated on the basis of the amount of tonnes of this waste collected from inhabited property between 1 January and 30 June 2021. The amount of remaining waste was determined on the basis of the quantity of tonnes of waste. collected from residency properties between July 1, 2020 and June 30, 2021.

The Contractor shall transmit mixed municipal waste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste directly from the property owners to the Municipal Installation entered in the list of municipal installations operated by the competent Marshal. installation provided for the replacement service of the region, according to the records of the Waste Management Plan for the years 2016 to 2022, taking into account the years 2023 to 2028 adopted by Resolution No XL/502/17 of the Łódź Voivodeship Sejmik of 20 June 2017 on the enactment of the Plan waste management for Łódź Voivodeship for the years 2016 — 2022, taking into account the years 2023 — 2028, and Resolution No XL/503/17 of the Łódź Voivodeship Sejmik of 20 June 2017 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for Łódź Voivodeship for the years 2016 — 2022, taking into account the years 2023 - 2028 (Journal of Urz. Woj. 2017 Łódź, item 3160).

Municipal waste received selectively, the Contractor shall be obliged to transfer to waste recovery and disposal installations in accordance with the hierarchy of waste handling referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.
