Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] wants to implement qualification of participants that may be interested in submitting a tender for a partnering contract for contract K303 BAS in connection with project 1004910 the New Government district.

The contract includes BAS for all buildings included in construction stage 1; the H-Block, the D-Block, Møllergt 19, the A-Block, Kjeller, including the delivery of a primary control and surveillance system. The total gross area is approx. 96 000 m2.

Securing perimeters and outdoor works, except for the park, is also a part of construction stage 1.

Construction stage 2 shall be an option to the contract. Construction stage 2, as it looks today, comprises the B-Block, the C-Block, the E-Block and the G-Block with a total gross area of approx. 64 000 m2.

The BAS contract includes the delivery of a building automation system and associated systems for the project New Government District.

Please note that this is a qualification process and that the subsequent tendering procedure may also include a classified sub-contract for a public contracting authority that will be awarded to the winner of the competition, on the same terms as announced in the tender documents. Further information on this lot is held back with reference to the EEA agreement's article 123 a).
