The requested service concerns the provision of Cloud licenses for and the implementation of the CLM solution. In the intended CLM solution, both purchase contracts and other legal agreements, cooperation agreements and sales contracts will be stored and managed.

• Creating contract documents, clauses and templates;

• Managing and managing contracts;

• Recording and managing Supplier Information;

• Managing performance at contract and supplier level;

• Providing a portal for suppliers in which contract and supplier information can be shared
