1. The subject of the contract is the supply and replacement of street lighting fixtures with energy-saving LED luminaires in the Łapy commune together with an intelligent lighting management system as part of the project "Together with nature in Łapy – adaptation to climate change".

The subject of the contract is the supply and replacement of street lighting fixtures with energy-saving LED luminaires in the Łapy commune together with an intelligent lighting management system as part of the project "Together with nature in Łapy – adaptation to climate change". 2. The scope of work includes, among others, the execution of assembly works consisting in: a) delivery of 2693 pcs. street lighting luminaires with LED light sources with control system, b) dismantling 2693 pcs. existing street lighting fixtures with sodium diesel light sources with luminaire power cords and luminaire protection, c) installation of 2693 pcs. street lighting fixtures with LED light sources with luminaire power cables and luminaire protection, d) installation and commissioning of the street lighting luminaire control system – including training of at least 2 employees of the Łapy Municipality, e) disposal of dismantling materials, including luminaires, f) preparation of as-built documentation. 3.
