Touristic development of the Botanical Museum

Electrical installation burglar alarm system / KG 450

The Botanical Museum in Berlin is being thoroughly renovated and redesigned. A burglar alarm system will be built to monitor the museum area. The remote alarm is connected to the central control room of Freie Universität. In the event of an incident, it coordinates all further measures. The need for an EMA in terms of burglary protection, theft protection, especially existing and borrowed valuable exhibits and vandalism is considered necessary.

The surveillance area is limited exclusively to the exhibition areas ground floor and 1st floor. In addition, there is the monitoring of the emergency exit door at TRH Süd, the entrances to the wet storage in the SG, as well as the room of the burglar alarm center (technology / gate).

The following arming ranges are created:

1. Einbruchmeldezentrale

2. Room of the burglar alarm panel

3rd exhibition ground floor and 1st floor

Exterior monitoring in the form of monitored entrance doors is dispensed with, except at the emergency exit TRH South.
