As part of the Integrated Smart Charging (ISC) project, two different types of charging stations are to be set up at the PCK Raffinerie GmbH site in Schwedt/Oder. The grid connection is to be awarded by the contractor to a suitable company as a subcontractor. The subcontractor must meet all requirements of the PCK (cf. point 1.6 of the service description) and prove it by submitting the offer.

The supply and installation of the grid connection of charging stations for electric vehicles in the Integrated Smart Charging project at the PCK Schwedt site is to be procured.

The total capacity is made up of the installation of the grid connection of the following charging stations at BST 3:

- Delivery of 10 AC charging stations, incl. stand-up

- Delivery of a DC charging station, incl. elevation and foundation

The civil engineering work regarding the grid connection must be completed by November 30, 2023. Billing is based on measurements, partial payments are possible. The charging stations are to be offered as a fixed price, partial payment is possible (billing according to services rendered).

The site of the PCK refinery is private property. Special safety regulations apply here, which are due, among other things, to the classification of the PCK as an operation of the critical infrastructure. Particularly noteworthy is the restriction of companies that are allowed to carry out shaft work on the PCK site. VA 5-100 (Construction and use of excavation pits and trenches) applies here, in Appendix 1 of which the approved partner companies for such work are listed.

In principle, the following regulations must be observed on the site:

The Contractor shall oblige its personnel and subcontractors who provide services on PCK's premises or are present in the facilities to comply with the safety regulations applicable at PCK, including the facilities.

Notes on the preparation of quotations:

The offer is intended to provide evidence of two or more meaningful reference projects that have been completed by the contractor and document its competence in the performance area of the order. The offer price is to be calculated and offered by the Contractor as a fixed price for the charging stations (cf. 1.3 & 1.4). The grid connection (cf. 1.2) is to be calculated and offered as billing according to measurements. The items must be shown individually. Partial payment after service rendered is possible. As a public corporation, BTU is bound by the legal framework of public procurement. With regard to payment terms, this means:

- Terms of payment in accordance with the attached VOL8a_Vertragsbedingungen of the State of Brandenburg (ZVB-Bbg with VOL/B). The awarding or commissioning of the services described is based on the VgV.
