LTF's need for builder advice arises from the need for additional resources to qualify, among other things, the overall advisor's solution proposals, supervise selected conditions or the like. LTF wants it to be easy and quick to access a builder advisor when the need arises and therefore framework agreements are established on counseling services where LTF has access to multiple advisors/resources in the market where the best suitable CVs can be selected from project to project to LTFs portfolio of projects in drinking water and sewage. The tender is divided into 7 sub-contracts, with each subcontract being awarded to 2 suppliers. Consequently, there are parallel framework agreements within each sub-contract. The objectives of the agreements are to lift LTF's tendering obligation and have easy and quick access to professional advice, as well as additional resources with the right industry experience or specialist knowledge when the need arises at competitive prices.

Advisers on this subcontract may, for example, become involved in the following:

• Examining the impact of plant engineering solutions in the hydraulic model

• Generate solutions for meeting targets relative to service level and overflow in the hydraulic mode.

• Coupling drainage model to the existing hydraulic model and/or terrain model 1D-2D and/or 2D-2D

Advisers on this subcontract may, for example, become involved in the following:

• Determining needs and conducting preliminary studies

• Geotechnical drills

• Hydrogeological studies

• Unreporting

The sub-contract shall be understood as the practical and geotechnical preliminary study for the further course (subcontract 3).

Advisers on this subcontract may, for example, become involved in the following:

• Assessment of geotechnical and hydrogeological studies carried out

• Study of stiffening needs for civil engineering

• Study of the level of construction of pumping stations, construction pits, spuns and secantpole wall

• Builability calculations and assessments

• Design of sketch level structures, including statics

• Uncover the technical solutions market

• Demand hedging, including assessing different technical solutions (hydraulic models) against each other

• Process engineering assessments and analyses

• Condition assessments

Advisers on this subcontract may, for example, become involved in the following:

• Impact assessments the impact of the construction project on traffic

• Analysis of the best possible solutions, such as traffic change and bypasses

• Pre-dialogue and agreements with Road Authorities on the traffic impacts

• Impact management of traffic change (turning radius) and access to private cadastral

Advisers on this subcontract may, for example, become involved in the following:

• Authority dialogue and applications for rain and sewage and drinking water

• Authority dialogue and applications for land handling, preliminary studies and (for) land classification

• Environmental assessments of plans and projects, including design of SMEs and EIA screening

• Supervision for handling, recycling and disposing of contaminated land by civil engineering

Advisers on this subcontract may, for example, become involved in the following:

• Decoration of technical installations, including pumping stations, basins and treatment plants

• Preparation and maintenance of an ATEX - APV

• ATEX inspections

• Advice on and quality assurance of CE marking

• Follow-up and control of CE marking of machinery and plant
