The state capital Potsdam and the development agencies Potsdam GmbH as their trustee as well as the energy and
Wasser Potsdam GmbH intend to develop the approximately 140 hectare former barracks site
Krampnitz in several construction phases. In a 1st construction phase, the redevelopment of the historic barracks area is planned. The 1st BA is divided into several award units. The subject of this tender document is the award unit VE07. The award unit VE07 includes in particular the following services:
- the earthworks and shoring work for the construction of the main pumping station (HPw) Krampnitz with combined water reservoir
(MW storage),
- the HPw Krampnitz engineering structure with MW storage,
- the HPw Krampnitz high-rise component with MW storage,
- the systems of technical equipment (machine technology, E-I&C systems including lightning protection and
equipotential bonding, outdoor lighting, ventilation technology including exhaust air purification and sanitary facilities),
- civil engineering and pipeline construction in the fields of waste water, drinking water, waste water heat, empty pipe systems, -
- the traffic facilities on the technical site, including roadside greenery and surface drainage,
- the enclosure of the technical site (fence and gate system).
