Services separated into 5 Lots:

Lot 1 - Cleaning Consumables

Lot 2 - Maintenance of Cleaning Machinery

Lot 3 - Washroom Services

Lot 4 - Provision of Pest Control

Lot 5 - High Level Cleaning

Lot 1 - Cleaning Consumables:

Including, but not limited to:

Supply of cleaning consumables for Stansted Airport, including Covid-19 cleaning consumables.

Product and COSHH training, online platform to place orders, set monthly budgets and download reports.

Lot 2 - Maintenance of Cleaning Machinery:

Including, but not limited to:

Onsite service plan for the repair and maintenance of cleaning machinery, including labour and parts.

Includes Covid-19 Cleaning Machinery.

Lot 3 - Washroom Services:

Including, but not limited to:

To provide feminine hygiene and baby changing services at Stansted Airport.

The Contractor shall ensure that the bins are exchanged in the agreed locations and at the agreed frequencies.

Lot 4 - Pest Control Services:

Including, but not limited to:

To supply all labour and materials to carry out the supply and installation of Pest Control bait stations at Stansted Airport.

To check all Pest Control bait stations for rodent activity.

To provide STAL with a full report after each service visit identifying high and low activity areas, giving recommendations.

This Lot also includes Landside Rabbit and Deer Control at the airport.

Lot 5 – High Level Cleaning:

Including, but not limited to:

High Level Cleaning of Terminal, Coach Station and Green Multi-Story Car Park at Stansted Airport.
