The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the purpose of the operation of buildings of the Municipal Office in Łaska, educational and educational institutions, for the purpose of supplying street lighting, as well as other premises and utilities belonging to the Municipality of Łask. Electricity should meet technical standards according to the provisions of the Law of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and the implementing regulations of this law and Polish Standards. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is set out in Annex 7 to SWZ. The other conditions for the execution of the contract are set out in the contract model (Annex 6 to SWZ). The Gmina Łask (Ordering Party) acts on its own behalf and, on the basis of signed agreements, on behalf of the units listed in the SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall conclude one contract arising out of this public procurement procedure.

Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and the implementing regulations of that law and Polish Standards. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in Annex 7 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions for the execution of the contract are set out in the template of the contract (Annex 6 to SWZ). - Primary School No. 1 in Łasko named after Tadeusz Kościuszko

- Primary School No. 5 in Łasko, named after Nicolaus Copernicus

- Environmental Self-Help House

The Contracting Authority shall conclude one contract arising from this procedure for the award of a public contract.

The estimated electricity demand for facilities in the 8-month period from 01.05/2022 to 31.12.2022 is 1,660,457 kWh. The determination of the estimated electricity demand is an element for selecting the most advantageous offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to purchase electricity in the specified quantities.
