Description:

Provision of medical waste collection, transport, management and utilization services for the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection, transport and management of non-hazardous medical waste (code 18 01 04) and services for the collection, transport and disposal of infectious hazardous medical waste (codes: 18 01 02*, 18 01 03*, 18 01 82*), non-infectious hazardous medical waste (code 18 01 08*) and non-hazardous medical waste (code 18 01 09) for the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 5 to the Terms of Reference.

2. Conditions for the fulfillment of the contract are set out in the template of Annex 6 to the SWZ.

Package 1

1.
