The project includes the planning for the new construction of the B 187 by-pass Coswig / Griebo. The B 187 is an important east-west axis and connects among other things the center center Lutherstadt Wittenberg with the upper center Dessau-Roßlau.

So far, the plans for the OU Coswig (RAL basis) and the OU Griebo (RAS basis) were separated. In June 2019, the decision was made to merge both bypasses.

The task of the contractor is to combine the planning of the two sections and to create the same technical basics (state of the art) for both previous sections. The scope of adjustment for the section OU Coswig is less than for the section OU Griebo.

- Object planning of traffic facilities, eg Lph 3 and lw 4, according to § 47 HOAI i. V. m. Annex 13, section 13.1),

- familiarization with the documents already prepared,

- technical and economic proof to justify the project and thus reduction of the chosen technical solution,

- special services for LPH 3 according to HOAI 2013, number 13.1:

- Updating benefit-cost investigations,

- Contribute to administrative arrangements (creation of necessary agreements),

- proof of the overriding reasons of overriding public interest of the need for the measure,

- fictitious cost calculations (cost sharing),

- special services for LPH 4 according to HOAI 2013, number 13.1):

- Contribute to obtaining the consent of those affected.

- coordination services,

- Objection management.
