The subject of the contract is the delivery, planting and care of trees during the warranty period in parks and along canals and ponds administered by the Management Board of Greenery m.st. Warsaw. The subject of the contract will be implemented in 2 (two) stages:

• Stage I – includes the delivery and planting of trees;

• Stage II – includes the care of planted plant material.

The subject of the contract is described in detail in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in the quality parameters of plant material constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, in the locations of tree plantings constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and in the price form constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
