Supply and installation of furniture for all Urssaf Rhône-Alpes sites.

Lot 1: workstation, annex plan, box, cupboard

This lot concerns the supply of classic office furniture, namely workstations, boxes, additional work plans, front private screens, UC supports, cupboards, low and half-height furniture, and, lockers and changing rooms.

Lot 10: phoning chair

This lot concerns the supply of a phoning chair. The "phoning chair" furniture is an acoustic seat with a backrest and returns to the sides of great height allowing to hold a telephone conversation without disturbing or being embarrassed.

Lot 11: library of combinable elements

This lot concerns the supply of bookcases in combinable elements, making it possible to create partitions between two or more spaces.

Lot 12: briefing furniture and acoustic partition

The furniture targeted by this lot will create group workspaces for briefings, meetings ... This furniture must create a dedicated space or in services isolating the collaborative space from the workspace.

Lot 2: mail locker

This lot concerns the supply of mail locker.

Lot 3: meeting / training / video table

This lot concerns the supply of meeting, training and video tables.

Lot 4: armchair and work chair, visitor chair, meeting chair

This lot concerns the supply of different types of armchairs and seats. The furniture proposed must be the subject of extensive ergonomic research.

Lot 5: catering furniture

This lot concerns catering furniture. The proposed line will be contemporary, refined and colorful. The whole "tables and chairs" must be harmonious and of an identical finish.

Lot 6: terrace furniture

This lot concerns the supply of patio furniture, namely tables, chairs, sofas and armchairs and benches. The candidate must offer a variety of positions (standard height, high and low) from the same range or in perfect harmony.

Lot 7: filing furniture

This lot concerns the supply of archival furniture, namely bases, funds, shelving and shelves.

Lot 8: conviviality / waiting area

This lot concerns the supply of furniture for waiting and exchange spaces. The furniture in this space must be design, elegant and comfortable.

Lot 9: space for creativity

This lot concerns the supply of furniture for creative spaces. These spaces are created to encourage innovation, exchange in small groups, create new dynamics of reflection and original work and meeting spaces.
