The contract holder will have to provide its technical, financial, legal and administrative expertise in order to support the municipality in the monitoring and control of the concession for a heating network concluded with SAS Energ'Iss, a dedicated company set up by SAS Dalkia. This concession took effect in 2022 and will expire on September 30, 2042. The incumbent will also be responsible for drawing up the draft master plan for the heating network. In addition, in 2018, the municipality signed a P1, P2 and P3 contract with Engie Energie Services, which will expire on 24 June 2028. The contract holder will have to provide its technical, financial, legal and administrative expertise in order to support the Municipality in the monitoring and control of this contract. The service provider will also have to assist the local authority in the award and commissioning of the new contract(s).

This contract will be concluded for a period of 6 years from the date of its notification. The notification of this contract is envisaged in January 2024.
