1. The subject of the contract is the service entitled: Maintenance of cleanliness of the areas of the city of Kwidzyn.

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in 1. Year-round maintenance in cleanliness, including winter maintenance of the roadway in the road lanes of municipal roads with parking spaces and bus bays, maintenance of internal roads and dirt roads, as well as squares owned by the city with an area of: 611 723 m2 and dirt roads with an area of: 44 555 m2 in accordance with Annex 1 to the contract. 2. Emptying street trash cans in the amount of about 1200 pcs. in accordance with Annex 1 to the Agreement. 3. Removal of dead animals from areas belonging to the city (roadways, sidewalks, parks and other urban areas).

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in: Year-round maintenance in cleanliness, including winter maintenance of city sidewalks in the road lanes of municipal roads not directly adjacent to the property (in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities), including stairs and bicycle paths with a total area of 144 535 m 2.

The subject of the contract is the service of conducting cleaning works in the city of Kwidzyn, consisting in cleaning six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, urban areas (road lanes and green areas outside road lanes, squares, etc.) specified in Annex 1 to the contract, from impurities such as papers, plastics, bags, plastic bags, plastic packaging and the like. On Sundays, cleaning will take place in urban areas specified in Appendix No. 2 to the contract. 2. In months in which weather conditions make it impossible to perform the task, the service will not be performed and the remuneration will be paid in proportion to the number of days worked. The work will be suspended after a written or oral indication of the Ordering Party. 3. Collected impurities during cleaning works will be delivered by the Contractor on their own and at their own expense to the Waste Utilization Plant in Gilwa Mała. 4. Vehicles used by the Contractor to carry out the above-described task must have legible marking, i.e. the name of the Contractor and his telephone number. 5. Persons employed by the Contractor, performing the above-mentioned works, must be equipped with reflective protective clothing with a legible name of the Contractor. 6. The Contracting Authority shall be entitled to review the works covered by the contract in the presence of the Contractor's representative.

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in cleaning the so-called wild landfills from the communal areas of the city of Kwidzyn, indicated by the Ordering Party. 2. The accumulated impurities obtained from the cleaning of the wild landfill will be delivered by the Contractor on their own and at their own expense to the Waste Utilization Plant in Gilwa Mała . 3. The Contractor undertakes to perform the work within the time agreed each time with the Ordering Party, after receiving a written order with a list of places covered by the subject of the contract. 4. Vehicles used by the Contractor to carry out the above-described task must have legible marking, i.e. the name of the Contractor and his telephone number. 5. Persons employed by the Contractor, providing the above-mentioned works, must be equipped with reflective protective clothing with a legible name of the Contractor. 6. The Ordering Party shall be entitled to review the works covered by the contract in the presence of the Contractor's representative.

The subject of the contract are municipal services consisting in: 1. keeping 12 pieces of toilets for pets clean; 2. cleaning animal excrement from the city area; 3. emptying 10 pieces of the so-called "psi package" station from animal excrement and replenishing animal excrement bags at the stations (provided by the Ordering Party), 4. emptying and replacing bags (purchased by the Contractor) in 9 containers for animal excrement of the "ASIK" type, 5. emptying and replacing bags (purchased by the Contractor) in 25 containers for animal excrement type 03952, in yellow.

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the daily maintenance of bus shelters, bus stop posts, information showcases, directional posts with street names, boards and information poles, infomats and greeters located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Kwidzyn, in the following quantity: 1) bus shelters with a roof of 53 pcs. 2) information showcases / glazed / 14 pcs. 3) directional posts with street names 175 pcs. 4) public transport stop posts 62 pcs. 5) information boards 16 pcs. 6) information poles 17 pcs. 7) infomats 3 pcs. 8) greeters 3 pcs. 2. The number and location of small architecture elements are set out in detail in the Annex to the Agreement. 3. If, during the term of the contract, the number of small architecture elements installed in the city increases (up to 10 pieces of a given assortment), they will be covered by the service without increasing the amount of the monthly lump sum specified in the contract. 4. The term maintenance of public transport bus shelters with a roof with signs for timetables, public transport stop posts with timetable signs, information display cases (glazed), directional posts with street names, boards and information poles, infomats and greeters is understood as ongoing cleaning, removal of advertisements and announcements, washing elements of small architecture using cleaning products and tools provided for to perform this type of work, e.g. spatulas, scrapers, glass liquids (antistatic), paper wipes, acetone, remover, brooms, scoops, sweepers, telescopic poles, ladders, etc. 5. In the case of bus shelters, ongoing cleaning of impurities within them. 6. In winter, the Contractor is obliged to remove snow and sprinkle sand on the surface from the carport to the curb of the roadway. 7. The contractor shall deliver the collected impurities obtained during the work to the Waste Utilization Plant in Gilwa Mała on their own and at their own expense. 7. Vehicles used by the Contractor to carry out the above-described task must have legible marking, i.e. the name of the Contractor and his telephone number. 8. Persons employed by the Contractor, performing the above-mentioned works, must be equipped with reflective protective clothing with a legible name of the Contractor. 9.
