A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is specified respectively in the Description of the Subject of the Order - Chapter II SWZ, and in the draft provisions of the framework agreement and the draft provisions of the executive agreement - Chapter III SWZ.

The subject of the Order is:

1. The delivery of computer equipment shall take place within a maximum period of 30 working days from the date of conclusion of the implementing agreement. The delivery date shall be indicated each time by the Contracting Authority in the invitation to submit tenders in the enforcement procedure.

2. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee under the conditions specified in Chapter II OF THE SWZ – OPZ for a period of 36 months, with the exception of batteries for laptop computers, for which the Contractor shall provide a guarantee for a period of 12 months.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is specified respectively in the Description of the Subject of the Order - Chapter II SWZ, and in the draft provisions of the framework agreement and the draft provisions of the executive agreement - Chapter III SWZ.

4. The contracting authority provides for the conclusion of a framework agreement referred to in Articles 311 to 315 of the PPL.
