Provision of non-residential property services in Canary Wharf: sub-letting; rent reviews between landlord/tenant/subtenant; matters pertaining to business rates; specialist advice on general property matters; property advice disposal existing premises; provision of property advice, research and marketing related to all aspects the lease; property advice on subletting matters; client representation, assistance and advice in property related matters; advice and assistance in property related issues, building improvements and fitting out projects; act as liaison between the Agency and subtenant; provisions of non-residential property advice related to lease agreements in place; preparation, provision and representation before authorities in relation to subjects above.
