1. The object of the order is to collect and use municipal waste from property inhabited within the municipality of Tuchów and from the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) and transfer it to the appropriate plant for waste treatment or replacement installation.

2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the applicable rules

3. The scope of the order shall include:

a. Receiving municipal waste generated in the territory of the municipality of Tuchów, from the property on which the inhabitants reside, from containers or bags for municipal waste;

b. The current equipment of property owners with bags for the collection of municipal waste;

c. the development, printing and distribution of schedules for the collection of municipal waste to the owners of property covered by the municipal waste management system;

d. transfer of municipal waste received from real estate from the municipality of Tuchów and PSZOK to the appropriate installation.

1. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the territory of the municipality of Tuchów and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) located at 51D Long Street in Tuchów and transfer them to the appropriate installation to The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the applicable provisions: the Law of 27 April 2001 - Environmental Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1219 as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance purity and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888), the Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended) and applicable local law (Regulations of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Tuchów Municipality, hereinafter referred to as “Regulations” and a resolution on the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the collection of municipal waste from inhabited property and the development of such waste in exchange for a municipal waste management fee paid by the property owner) .3. The period of execution of the contract shall be fixed for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 4. The scope of the object of the contract shall include: 1) the collection of municipal waste produced in the Tuchów Community, from the property on which the inhabitants reside, from containers or municipal waste bags, under the rules laid down in the resolutions referred to in paragraph 4; 2) the current equipment of property owners with bags for the collection of municipal waste; 3) the development, printing and distribution of schedules for the collection of municipal waste to property owners covered by the municipal waste management system in the Tuchów Municipality; 4) transfer of municipal waste collected from property from the municipality of Tuchów and from the PSZOK to the appropriate installation for the processing of waste or replacement installations for the purpose of their development. 5. generated municipal waste to be collected under the contract covered by this proceeding is approximately 3755 Mg. The amount of waste generated and received from the territory of the municipality of Tuchów is not dependent on the Ordering Party. The quantities of waste specified in the SWZ should be regarded as indicative. Details of the description of the item of the order are set out in Annex 7 to the SWZ. Fractions of municipal waste covered by the contract in question: mixed (unsegregated) municipal waste (20 03 01), glass and packaging of glass (15 01 07, 20 01 02), paper and paperboard and packaging of paper and cardboard (15 01 01, 20 01 01 01), metals and packaging of metals, plastics, plastic packaging, multi-plant packaging (15 01 04, 20 01 40,15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 05), wood packaging (15 01 03), slag and ash from combustion processes (20 01 99), furniture and other large-sized waste (20 03 07), textiles, clothing (20 01 10, 20 01 11), worn tyres (16 01 03), construction and demolition waste (17 01 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 80), waste electrical and electronic equipment (20 01 35*, 20 01 36), hazardous waste arising in households (20 01 32, 20 01 27, 20 01 28, 20 01 29, 20 01 30, 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*, 20 01 25), batteries and batteries (16 06 01, 16 06 02, 16 06 04, 16 06 05, 20 01 33*, 20 01 34), biodegradable waste (20 02 01, 20 01 08), iron and steel (17 04 05).
