The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to provide legal databases in electronic online format to the Departments of the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the entities and institutions that use the corporate network of the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Parliament of Catalonia. The databases must guarantee access to all users of the corporate Intranet and the Parliament of Catalonia, this access being possible both from computers connected directly to the corporate network (Intranet), and also through access from the public network (Internet).
