The project includes the renovation of ALBOA's dept. 49 Håndværkerparken IV, consisting of 134 homes, 1-2 levels rental apartments of different sizes and types. The department is located in Højbjerg and was built in 1987-1988. The department is built with load-bearing rear walls in full wall elements and moulds in brick. Floor separations in concrete elements with bedding floor/tiles, as well as traditional saddle roofs covered with yellow roof tiles. The facades have many bay windows etc. that are clad with different materials. There is no basement under the houses.

The work includes b.la. Renovation of the building envelope on the building with new brick cladding incl. under-roof, new façade cladding, windows and doors in wood/aluminium. Inside, the bathrooms are being renovated. Ventilation systems will be established in all homes and several minor renovations of other technical installations.

The assignment is offered as a main contract. The main contract includes all services for fully completed construction in accordance with the tender documents and on the basis of the above. Residents will not be rehoused and will thus be present during the renovation.
