This project involves the design, development, realization and multi-year maintenance of a swimming pool based on a UAV-gc agreement (Design, Build & Maintain).

The new swimming pool comprises approximately 2,600 m2 gfa (excluding basement/pool areas) and consists in general

from the following functions:

• Central hall with catering;

• A competition basin of 25 x 16 x 2 meters, without movable bottom.

• An instruction pool of 8 x 20 x 2 meters, with a movable bottom of 8 x 10 meters.

• An outdoor paddling pool of 15 m2

• A multifunctional room for use by different groups (such as association use);

• Facility functions.
