The services relating to the reclamation of explosive devices may be subcontracted only to companies in possession of the requirements established by Ministerial Decree no. 82 of 11 May 2015 ascertained by the competent Office of the Ministry of Defense.
The total amount relating to the transport, disposal or recovery of waste is € 6,020,145.70; if the contractor does not meet the requirements of the legislation in force, the services must be subcontracted to qualified companies as reported in paragraph I), subcontracting of the tender specification and in the contract outline in the same annex.
