The purpose of this European tender is to conclude one Framework Agreement with one Contractor for

the delivery of Gifts and Flowers for an initial contract period of 4 years. Thereafter, the Framework Agreement may be unilaterally extended by the EUR under the same conditions for two times one year.

Erasmus University Rotterdam wants to contract one supplier for Gifts and Flowers through a European tender. These types of deliveries are not currently covered by a contract. The Gifts and Flowers are intended for employees and relations (external), to give on various occasions such as anniversaries, birth, birthday, marriage etc.
