The subject of the contract is: Development of the green area, planting, maintenance and care of housing estate greenery in the external housing resources of the Bemowo District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.

The subject of the contract includes:

I. Development of the green area around municipal blocks located in the housing stock of the Bemowo District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw at ul. Pełczyńskiego 24, 24A, 24B, 24C consisting in the development of a green area development project and implementation of the approved project by planting, mulching, watering plantings.

II. Maintenance and care of greenery (high and low) in the external housing stock of the Bemowo District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw located at ul. Pełczyńskiego 24, 24 A, 24 B, 24 C, Available 38, Available 38 A, Available 42, Access 44, Grotowska 1, Kunickiego 5, Kunickiego 15, Telefoniczna 18, both existing and new plantings carried out in accordance with point I and III description of the subject of the order. The contracting authority guarantees that during the contract period 12 monthly maintenance and care of greenery will be carried out.

III. Replacement planting of two walnut trees at ul. Telefoniczna 18 (it is allowed to use varieties of the above species), in accordance with the decision of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship of 3.10.2018 (Annex 2 to OPZ).

IV. The right option

The Employer introduces the option right, according to which, during the term of the contract, if necessary, commission the service to maintain and care for greenery above the guaranteed quantity of twelve monthly shares (referred to in point II) up to a maximum of nineteen monthly shares, depending on on the length of the vegetation period.
