The subject of this VgV procedure is the services required for this in the "Building Object Planning" pursuant to Section 324 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI for the following services:

The city of Jüchen is planning to build a 5-group day care center in the Hochneukirch district. The service phases 1 to 9 should be offered in the bidding process.

The city of Jüchen is planning to build a 5-group day care center for the care of U3 and Ü3 children. The city of Jüchen is the property owner and building owner. The following services are part of the property planning services:

- coordination of the necessary scope of pollution remediation,

- Planning, tendering in accordance with public procurement law and construction management of the necessary demolition work,

- Planning, tendering in accordance with public procurement law and site management of new buildings (parts),

- Advice on planning the adaptation of the outdoor facilities,

- Integration of the planning results of other parties involved in the planning (including ELT and HLS specialist planners),

- the implementation of the energy-related renovation measures within the meaning of the EnEV,

- the implementation of the requirements in accordance with the fire protection concept still to be drawn up,

- Outsourcing / relocation planning of the school to an interium quarters to be defined more precisely in the further course of the measure,

- clarification of the legal basis for planning on the urban property,

- Check for implementation of the planning task on the existing areas,

- The subject of this VgV procedure are the services required for this in the "Building Object Planning" in accordance with Section 34 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI for the following services: New construction of the Hochneukirch daycare center.

The following service profiles, which are also required to implement the required measures:

- Specialist engineering services technical equipment "ELTI" acc. § 53 ff. I. V. m. Appendix 15 HOAI in service phases 1-9,

- Specialist engineering services technical equipment "Hl-S" according to § 53 ff. In conjunction with Appendix 15 HOAI in service phases 1-9.

Other services required for the project, such as:

- statics / structural support,

- test statics (check of structural design) - safety and health protection coordination,

- expert for fire protection,

- expert for pollutants pollutant register for the property,

- acoustic advice,

- energy technology advice,

- outdoor system planner,

- Soil investigation,

- property measurement,

- species protection,

- Channel planning.

Are awarded separately by the client and are therefore not part of this procedure.
