Maintenance service, technical assistance and replacement of spare parts for n. 555 SPIS and SPIS/PHOTO devices for electronic identikit, photo-signalling and image archiving, installed at the Army Departments. C.I.G. A005298965 – C.U.P. D51J23000130001.

The service must guarantee the efficient maintenance of the SPIS and SPIS/PHOTO systems, installed at all the offices of the Provincial Commands, Groups, Territorial Departments, Companies, some Headquarters and Army Stations, as well as at some personnel training institutes.

The services, over the period, must include a total of 831 maintenance interventions, divided into 381 "scheduled ordinary" interventions (127 for each year) and 450 "extraordinary on-call" interventions (150 for each year).

Regardless of the nature of the intervention, the technicians acting on site will have to carry out the following activities:

- control and review of the entire system;

- elimination of impurities and restoration of worn connections;

- reorganization of archives and possible updating of programs;

- possible installation of new software;

- refresher course on new features;

- data back up on CD-Rom;

- check the functionality of the light system and SPIS/PHOTO flash sync;

- check the goodness of calibration of the SPIS/PHOTO optical unit;

- camera and camera calibration check;

- check functionality and upper/lower limit switch of the motorized chair;

- verify functionality of the acquisition system of the various video channels;

- check the quality of data on the cards: completeness, duplicates, reference points for research, etc.;

- customization of print formats and printer calibration;

- check LAN network functionality;

- verify search filter and consultation functionality from SPIS on weblase;

- check the functionality of sending cards on the weblase;

- check scanner and printer functionality hw.
