The contract is for the conclusion of a framework contract for the contracting of services and includes partial orders with the following subject matter:
• Carrying out preventive maintenance, repair and replacement work, unclogging of lifts as well as freeing people in the lifts of the BV Woonhaven Antwerpen;
• Keep the lift installations in a ready-to-use, safe and impeccable condition;
• Follow up on the comments of the approved inspection body (EDTC) and BV Woonhaven Antwerpen;
