- acquisition, delivery and putting into service of a complete glass bench system for Photonics Bretagne within the framework of the CPER Sophie 2019 as well as the adaptation of the premises, the establishment of the various networks, the connection, installation and equipment in working order;
- breakdown of lots:
—— lot 1: glass bench;
—— lot 2: connection of special gases;
—— lot 3: electricity;
—— lot 4: extraction;
—— lot 5: plumbing / cooling;
—— lot 6: handling;
—— lot 7: carpentry.
Glass bench- supply of a glass bench for working with pure and / or doped silica tubes and bars.
Special gas connection- this lot will be responsible for bringing in special fluids from the existing network (distribution plates in the "glass bench" room as well as the final connection of the bench.
Electricity for glass bench- electrical network installation.
Extraction system for installation of a glass bench- Verrier bench extraction system;
- following extractions:
—— extraction of the heat given off during operation of the torch;
—— extraction of the gases used towards the washer.
Cooling / plumbing ”for the installation of a Verrier bench- cooling of some of the system equipment (infrared camera, H2 / O2 torch ...).
Handling for the installation of a glass bench- handling of the Verrier bench (or its constituent elements) from the storage place to the room of use.
Carpentry- the creation of a room.
