Therefore, it is the obligation of the Administration to make visible the reality of children in residential care and to motivate the population to participate actively in their lives and help them develop in a family.
This campaign is aimed at any adult between 25 and 65 years old, married or domestic partnership, with or without children; of any social background, ideology or belief. It is necessary to establish a communication strategy aimed at raising awareness, attracting and retaining new families, as well as a strategic communication plan that defines the objectives and strategic lines of action.
