The BH, the Städtische Bäder Wesel GmbH, intends to build a new combination pool on the site of the current outdoor pool. Within this building there are 2 sections (lot 1 and lot 2). There will be a lot of allocation.

Lot 1 is the area of administration, bathroom and kitchen staff, kitchen wing, foyer, as well as the wellness area (sauna).

Lot 2 is the changing area and all bathing halls including the swimming pools and other ancillary rooms. All indoor pools will be tiled. It is necessary to apply both the respective screed (cement screed) including sloping concrete (floating screed, screed on dividing layer and composite screed) as well as to lay the respectively advertised wall and floor tiles.

Approx. 1,300 sqm floor tiles and approx. 860 sqm wall tiles
