1. The subject of the order is:

Execution of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited property and owners of non-domiciled property, on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes from the site Communes of Izbica Kujawska.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in – Annex 1 to the SWZ

3. The contractor's detailed obligations regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract – Annex 4 to the SWZ
