The market is divided into several types of services: cleaning the premises — cleaning the glazing — installation and management of sanitary appliances/management of waste containers.

This contract is a single attribute composite framework agreement corresponding to:

— for the first component in a lump sum aggregate price market detailed in the General Lump Sum Price Breakdown (GFB) and covering regular housekeeping services. And;

— for the second component to a framework agreement with purchase orders without a minimum amount and a maximum of EUR 100 000 for associated exceptional services defined in the Unit Price List (BPU) and executed as needs arise.

These prices will be applied to the quantities actually executed. Very exceptionally, these services can be carried out on request for a quote.
