Currently, the total costs amount to approx. EUR 8.0 million gross (Kgr. 200-700, DIN 276) plus costs for the demolition of the existing gym as well as connection work to the existing stock.

For the described construction measures are the services of the technical equipment, plant groups 1 (sewage, water and gas plants), 2 (heat supply plants), 3 (air-technical plants), 7 (use-specific plants, here: fire-extinguishing technology) and 8 (building automation) according to § § 53 ff. To award HOAI.
The services are commissioned gradually.
First, in the 1st commissioning stage, the basic services of phases 1 and 2 (basic assessment and preliminary planning) and the special service "Examination of alternative solutions according to various requirements including cost evaluation" for the planning variant of the construction of three new "stacked" hall units (= "3x1") ) instructed.
The performance phases 3-9 are retrieved in stages. A legal claim to total commission does not exist.
