The contracting authority is Herøy Municipality, organisation no.: 872 417 982, which extends an invitation to an open tender contest for the procurement of a framework agreement for electrician services.

Herøy Municipality needs to enter into a contract for electrician services related to the daily operation and maintenance of the municipality's buildings and plants. The objective of the tender competition is to ensure Herøy municipality access to the service and accompanying goods deliveries.

The framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for 2 new years.

Typical work assignments are (the list is not exhaustive):

- General improvements/maintenance of electrical installations/systems resulting from wear, vandalism, damage etc.

- Assembly of sockets, light fixtures, new courses etc. resulting from new needs, changes of use etc.

- Troubleshooting and repairs of automated plants. E.g. fire-alarm systems, ventilation and heating systems, etc.

- Annual inspection of fire alarm systems and escape lights.

- Electrical installation work related to minor alterations/changes in existing buildings.

- The electrical installation work will be a part of larger investment projects if Herøy municipality finds this advantageous.

- Preparing all reports to the power company in accordance with the regulations for electrical installation inspections. - Retrieve deviation reports electronically, report measures and final reporting.

- Internal condition control for electrical systems and installations

- Repairs of deviations/notifications after the internal condition control of electrical systems and installations has been conducted.

- Assistance when needed for cost calculations, technical clarifications and simple engineering design assignments connected to the above assignments.

- Repairs of errors and defects for the municipality's road lighting system.

- Tenderers must upload all documentation / declarations of conformity into the municipality's business folder.

- Ordinary operational assignments: Max. 48 hours.
