The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of a brand new (i.e. manufactured not earlier than in 2022), unused, channel press for pressing secondary raw materials together with a perforator [hereinafter referred to as the "Press"] and their assembly, as well as servicing [hereinafter referred to as "Services]" during the warranty period. The subject of the contract also includes the dismantling of the old duct press along with its putting it in the storage place indicated by the Ordering Party.

2. Contractual obligations shall include in particular:

a) Delivery of the Press to the place indicated in §2 section 1 of the model contract,

b) Dismantling of the old duct press along with its withdrawal to the storage place indicated by the Ordering Party.

c) Assembly of the Press and its installation together with all supplied components.

d) All parts, elements, devices, etc. dismantled by the Contractor. They remain the property of the Ordering Party.

e) Providing the Ordering Party with the documents listed in §3 section 8 of the model contract.

f) Conducting technical and technological start-up and operational test as well as training of the designated staff of the Ordering Party in the field of operation and operation of the Press.

g) Performance of the Services and warranty obligations.

3. The press must allow the pressing of secondary raw materials (cardboard, paper mixture, tetra-pak, HDPE, PP, foil, PET packaging, aluminum can, etc.). The press must be adapted to continuous operation in an automatic waste segregation line, it must receive control signals from the sorting line and it must generate the signals necessary for the line in terms of its cooperation with the line. The press must be equipped with 4 potential-free contacts, transmitting signals: press readiness for operation, work in the machine, breakdown, start of the loading conveyor.

4. The press will be integrated into the existing sorting line in place of the previously installed press, between the existing support elements of the line structure and the sorting hall. Therefore, the Ordering Party requires the Contractors to carry out a local inspection. During the local inspection, the contractor is obliged to make the necessary measurements that will enable him to choose the right device, so as to eliminate possible collisions - both when dismantling the press, its assembly and its subsequent operation. The ordering party expects the delivered press to be placed with all the feet of the press on the reinforced concrete foundation slab. It is not allowed to base the feet on a linear drainage running around the foundation slab.

5. The Contractor undertakes to provide a guarantee for a period of 36 months or 6 000 Mth – whichever occurs first – counting from the date of receipt made in the manner described in §2 sections 8-10 of the model contract.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the contract documentation, annex to the swz.
