1. The subject of the contract is Performing the function of a supervision inspector for the task entitled: Extension of the voivodship road No. 747 on the section from the intersection with the national road No. 9 in the city of Warsaw. Iłża to the intersection with the national road No. 79 in the town of Iłża Lipsko – planned for co-financing from the European Union – procedure no. 229/23.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in Part IV SWZ – General Terms and Conditions of the Agreement.
3. The scope of supervision services over construction works covered by the available design documentation has been excluded from the scope that will be implemented by GDDKiA. The scope of these works is presented in the folder under the name: "GDDKiA scope".

3. The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts, the Contracting Authority does not allow partial bids.
4.The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogues.
5.The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL. up to the net value of PLN 10,786,751.10
In the scope of similar services, the Contracting Authority provides for supervision over the following scope of works:
- preparatory works,
- demolition works,
- earthworks,
- reinforcement of the subsoil,
- drainage of the road body,
- substructures,
- surfaces,
- finishing works,
- traffic safety devices,
- street elements,
- works in the bridge industry,
- robots in the telecommunications industry,
- works in the field of drainage
- robots in the power industry.
- works in the field of rainwater and sanitary sewerage,
- works in the field of tank construction,
- gas network works,
- works in the field of water supply and pipelines,
- works in the field of green management,
- works in the field of pumping station facilities with installations
- works in the field of traffic organization and road safety
- works in the construction and construction industry
The above-mentioned works relate to the section on which construction works will be carried out and/or adjacent sections.
Additional information:
The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the qualification of the contractor whose offer has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion, and fulfilling the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
In accordance with Article 257 p.z.p., the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of rescinding the procedure in question if the public funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
The contracting authority may, at any stage of the procedure, consider that the contractor does not have the required capabilities if the contractor's conflicting interests, in particular the involvement of the contractor's technical or professional resources in other economic undertakings of the contractor, may have a negative impact on the performance of the contract.
The Contractor may, in order to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure, rely on the technical or professional abilities of the entities providing resources, regardless of the legal nature of the legal relationship between it and them.
An economic operator that relies on the capacities or situation of other entities must prove to the Contracting Authority that when performing the contract, it will have the necessary resources of these entities, in particular by presenting the obligation of these entities to make available to it the necessary resources for the purpose of performing the contract or other subjective evidence confirming this circumstance.
From the post. the contractor shall be excluded from awarding a contract in the cases referred to in Article 108(1) of the PPL and in Article 109(1)(4), (5), (7), (8) of the PPL.
The contractor is obliged to have a third party liability policy - details described in SWZ part II. IV point 5.1.28
