Purchase and supply of diesel fuel for the purposes of the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant RUDNO Sp. z o.o. in an estimated quantity of 280 m3 and unleaded petrol Pb95 in an estimated quantity of 1m3 in the period from 01.01.2022r to 31.12.2022r
The subject matter of this order shall be:
1) delivery of diesel fuel in months: April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November in total estimated quantity: 100m3 to places indicated by the Contracting Authority i.e.
(a) Municipal Waste Disposal Plant RUDNO Sp. z o.o. Rudno 17, Municipality Ostróda (fuel tank with a capacity of 5m3-minimum amount of disposable delivery approximately 2m3),
b) Municipal Waste Transshipment Station in Lipowiec, municipality Kurzętnik 53 D, (fuel container with a capacity of 2,5m3-minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3)
c) Transshipment station of Municipal Waste in the village PółVillage 26 A, municipality Lagoon, (fuel container with capacity 2,5m3-minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3)
d) Municipal Waste Transshipment Station in the village of Iława ul. Komunalna 1, Iława Municipality (fuel container with capacity 2,5m3-minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3)
2) delivery of diesel fuel I Z-40 in winter months: December, January, February, March in total estimated quantity: 60m3 to places indicated by the Contracting Authority i.e.
(a) Municipal Waste Disposal Plant RUDNO Sp. z o.o. Rudno 17, Municipality Ostróda (fuel tank with a capacity of 5m3-minimum amount of disposable delivery approximately 2m3),
b) Municipal Waste Transshipment Station in Lipowiec, municipality Kurzętnik 53 D, (fuel container with a capacity of 2,5m3-minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3)
c) Transshipment station of Municipal Waste in the village PółVillage 26 A, municipality Lagoon, (fuel container with capacity 2,5m3-minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3)
d) Municipal Waste Transshipment Station in the village of Iława ul. Komunalna 1, Iława Municipality (fuel container with capacity 2,5m3-minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3)
3) non-cash purchase of diesel fuel in total estimated quantity: 120m3, at service stations at the disposal of the diesel Contractor and 1 m3 petrol Pb95 without amending the Agreement and without the possibility of financial claims from the Contractor.
Purchase of diesel and unleaded gasoline Pb95 at the service station be done cashless. The Contractor shall issue on the system a weekly VAT invoices which must include: the date of refuelling, the quantity of diesel/petrol collected, the gross unit price of 1 litre oil/petrol, the brand and registration number of the vehicle (unless refuelling is carried out for portable tanks), the name and name of the downloader.
The Contracting Authority shall attach to the Agreement a list of Vehicles and persons entitled to refuel and, in the event of amendments, update them, which will not constitute an amendment to the Agreement.
The Contractor's transport means shall be equipped with a legalised measuring device determining the quantity of diesel in litres and satisfy the technical conditions for the transport of liquid fuels in accordance with the provisions of law. Each supply of diesel fuel must have a quality certificate.
The Contractor must guarantee the delivery of diesel fuel to the places indicated by the Contracting Authority referred to in point 2.1.1) within 24h from the time of placing the order by e-mail, fax or telephone.
and
4) non-cash purchase of unleaded petrol Pb95 in total estimated amount of 1m3, at service stations at the disposal of the Contractor
2.Conditions for the execution of the contract are set out in the draft Agreement and a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is described in Annex No 8 to the SWZ.
