The contract is for maintenance, installation and repair services within the electro profession. The framework agreement is primarily meant to cover the need for the best possible maintenance of electrical building installations and electrical installations managed by Bergen og Omland havnevesen. This also includes the necessary periodical and annual inspections of installations.
Most of the properties make up approx. 45 buildings/properties situated in the central port area in Bergen, in addition to the port authority's building in Nøstegaten 30.
There can also be other types of assignments within the discipline. The contract does not include new installations or installations in new buildings.
The contract is for work as well as for parts and materials that are necessary for the execution. See annex 4a price from for information on materials.
The contracting authority would like, amongst other things, a total tender for the procurement and delivery of:
— Ongoing service; maintenance, repairs and/or replacement of existing plants or installations.
— Upgrades of electrical plants or installations.
2. Annual inspection of fire alarm installations with inspection report.
3. Periodic inspection of emergency lighting installations with inspection report.
— Internal control of electrical installations with inspection report.
— Termography service of electrical installations with inspection report.
— Annual inspection and insulation measurement (megging), i.e. inspect that there are no earth faults.
— Periodical internal inspection (approx. every fourth year).
— Engineering design for electrical installations.
Tenders shall be submitted for all parts of the procurement.
The contract will require that Norwegian tenderers are associated with a publicly certified apprenticeship scheme and that they regularly take in apprentices. These requirements will apply for the entire contract period. The contracting authority has the right, at any time during the contract period, to check that the requirements are met.

A framework agreement shall be signed with up to 1 — one — tenderer.
The framework agreement requires that wage and work terms, documentation and sanctions are in accordance with the regulations on wage and work terms in public contracts.
