The market Eckental (Middle Franconia, about 15,000 inhabitants) is currently planning the construction and subsequent demolition of a daycare in the district Brand (carrier: Catholic Church) with 4 groups (once nursery, twice kindergarten, once nursery).

The service phases 1-9 of the performance plan for building and interior design (§ 34 (3) HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 No. 10.1) and the special services of setting up a function and room program (direct coordination with the technical supervision), the creation of a fire protection concept (optional, constructive examination of the fire protection, compliance with the provisions of the building code already included in the basic services), the participation in the application and billing of funds and monitoring the removal of defects in service phase 9. Downstream to supervise the demolition of the existing building by the architect. In addition, phases 1-9 of the picture of performance of outdoor installations (§ 39 (4), § 40 (5) HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11.1) will be commissioned in stages. Existing playground equipment must be checked for reusability and included in the planning. The public playground is to be relocated. Half of the four-day day-care center in the district of Brand is being built on the floor numbers 366 and 366/7, district Brand (Irisstraße 23), south of the previous existing building. The old stock, which is connected by a glass cultivation (intermediate building) with another kindergarten, is canceled after the construction of the new building (dismantled). The planning and supervision of demolition (demolition) and the subsequent repair (maintenance) of the intermediate structure is also the subject of the contract. The construction area is within the scope of a qualified development plan, this may require u. U. a change, but this is not subject of the contract. The area available for development would be sufficient to build the building on one level, but this is not mandatory. An approximation to the passive house standard is sought. The group rooms with their adjoining rooms are to be developed in such a way that they can later be used differently, eg. B. from a nursery is later a nursery. The specific design, including the qualities, will be developed in close cooperation with the client. In any case, however, the cost benchmark of the client (KG 200, KG 300, KG 400, KG 500 and KG 700 totaling a maximum of EUR 3.1 million gross) must be taken into account. These funds are currently being budgeted for the project. The planning services are to begin after the order has been placed at the beginning of June 2019. The building application is to be submitted in August 2019. Construction is scheduled for March 2020. It is intended to apply for public funding.

The technical facilities in the outdoor facilities (eg, trenches) are dimensioned, planned and tendered by the engineering planner. However, the necessary earthworks are to be provided by the object planner.
