1. The subject of this contract is: Delivery of disposable medical equipment supplement for the Health Care Team, Baczyńskiego 1, 55-200 Oława.
2. The contract shall cover 16 tasks.
3. Quantities, characteristics and technical and functional parameters of the subject of the contract are specified in Annexes No. 1, 5 and 9 to the terms of contract specification (SWZ).
4. The quantities contained in Annex 9 are indicative quantities. The Ordering Party will successively determine the size of the order (type and number of articles to be delivered) each time as needed.
5. The Contractor shall not demand the full quantity of the subject of the contract described in Appendix 9, and shall not demand compensation from the Contracting Authority in this respect, provided that the Contracting entity uses not less than 60% of the assortment.
