The object of the contract is the execution of the cleaning service of office buildings, in particular of rooms, furnishings and furnishings, and buildings used as toilets and changing rooms for the staff of the offices in use at AMIU SPA, with the obligation for the successful tenderer, pursuant to art. 50 of the Code, to absorb and use the operators currently employed, to the extent that can be harmonized with the business organization and with the technical-organizational needs envisaged for the execution of the service, without prejudice to the contractual conditions currently in place, and better detailed in Annex A, for the following two lots:
