A new TLF 4000 is procured as a replacement for a vehicle to be retired for reasons of age.

The procurement project has received a funding decision from the state of Hesse. In order for the subsidy to be used, the requirements of DIN 14530-21 TLF 4000 must be complied with.

The described lots chassis (lot 1) and body (lot 2) are to be offered together, the body manufacturer is to be understood here as a general contractor (GU), which takes over the coordination with the customer and the chassis manufacturer, as far as necessary. An allocation according to individual lots is only provided for lot 3 (fire-fighting loading).

Fire brigade construction of the TLF 4000 The TLF 4000 should carry as much water as possible with it, so construction should be carried out in modular design. 5 equipment rooms are to be made available for loading. These are: G1 and G3 on the left side G2 and G4 on the right side as well as the GR with the pump operator.

The loading planning of the TLF 4000 essentially corresponds to DIN 14530-21 TLF 4000. The loading was changed or supplemented due to operational experience and local requirements. A detailed list of the firefighting loading can be found in the specifications.
