this consultation concerns the realization by a private service provider of a follow-up-animation mission of a Programmed Operation of Improvement of housing - Degraded condominiums (OPAH - cd) covering 2 condominiums in Knutange. The purpose of this contract is to set up, monitor and animate the system for a period of 5 years. The perimeter of the opah-cd covers 2 condominiums located in Knutange. The recovery of these 2 condominiums is both a social and urban issue for the Agglomeration Community and the City of Knutange. This device will aim to promote the requalification of the existing private park in order to: include these 2 condominiums in a dynamic of urban renewal of the district; improve the quality of the offer and the attractiveness of the district; to maintain the diversity of ownership and occupancy status in the sector
