The stipulations of this contract concern the provision of catering services organized for:

* The central kitchen for the needs of schools and the nautical and outdoor base "Jean Binard"

* The Foyer Logement le Béguinage for the needs of the CCAS (portage à domicile) du Foyer logement le Béguinage

* The Collective Reception of Minors Without Accommodation (Acmsh) for the needs of the association Atouts Ville

It is also specified that the services must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 2018-938 of 30 October 2018 for the balance of commercial relations in the agricultural and food sector and healthy, sustainable and accessible food for all, known as the "egalim law", and its implementing texts
