Specialized training, on land and on board, in favor of the military personnel of the Corps of Port Authorities for the “transfer of scientific knowledge related to fisheries biology and technology” for an amount, based on a tender of €70,000.00 VAT exempt pursuant to Presidential Decree 633/72, article 10, paragraph 20 and of Law 27.07.2000, n. 212, article 11, paragraph 1, letter a) (if the conditions are met), for n. 3 (three) sessions over the course of 12 months, with the right to exercise an option pursuant to Article 1331 of the Italian Civil Code up to a further 48 months for a maximum amount of up to €280,000.00 VAT exempt pursuant to Presidential Decree 633/72, article 10 paragraph 20 and of Law 27.07.2000, no. 212, article 11, paragraph 1, letter a) (if the conditions are met), for a grand total, over 60 months, including any option, to euro 350,000.00 VAT exempt pursuant to Presidential Decree 633/72, article 10 paragraph 20 and law no. 212 of 27.07.2000, article 11, paragraph 1, letter a) (if the conditions are met).
