2D-LC system with Q-ToF mass spectrometer (lot 1) and UPS system (lot 2)

Lot 1:

The object of the contract is the development and construction of a two-dimensional LC system (2D-LC system), the delivery and operational installation of the 2D-LC system, a Q-ToF mass spectrometer, an isocratic pump and splitter unit for conveying the internal reference masses and all required modules including connection to the existing gas and power supply, the laboratory furniture required for the Q-ToF mass spectrometer and the 2D-LC system, a nitrogen generator and of the data systems and software, including the installation of the required software. In addition, the 2D-LC system and the Q-ToF mass spectrometer must be coupled (2D-LC-Q-ToF system) and then also connected to the instrument PC, to the nitrogen generator and to an uninterruptible power supply system (UPS system) (lot 2). In addition, an initial briefing of at least three days on the functions of the 2D-LC-Q-ToF system for three persons is provided by an expert German-speaking application specialist at the customer's site and a german or English-language operating manual for each module of the 2D-LC-Q-ToF system and the software, preferably in electronic form (PDF format). Furthermore, the contractor shall provide professional, device- and software-technical telephone or online support by qualified and trained equipment technicians from the time of operational installation of the system for its entire operating time (min. ten years; max. 15 years). The availability of the support must be guaranteed every working day (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. In addition, at least fifteen days of training for at least three people, but a maximum of six people, must be carried out by an expert German-speaking application specialist, preferably in the customer's laboratory. The fifteen days of training are not carried out continuously, but within one year after operational installation. In addition, the contractor shall provide services (two maintenance operations and unlimited repair assignments) for the 2D-LC-Q-ToF system, the nitrogen generator and the data systems for 24 months and guarantee the availability of spare parts and consumables for the 2D-LC-Q-ToF system for a period of at least eight years from delivery, but for a maximum period of ten years from delivery.

In addition, the Contractor shall provide updates for the software for device control and data acquisition as well as for the software package for data evaluation for at least five years from the operational installation of the 2D-LC-Q-ToF system. In addition, the defective old device (Q-ToF mass spectrometer type Agilent 6520; installed in 2008; last recorded error was: mainboard puller offset fault) is to be taken in payment.

The object of the contract is the delivery and operational installation of a UPS system including connection to the existing power supply.
