The project is located in the southeastern part of the planning area between Georg-Brauchle-Ring (north), Emmy-Noether-Straße (east), Dachauer Straße (southwest) and Hanauer Straße (west). In 2013, an urban planning and landscape planning ideas and realization competition was carried out for this new residential district. An engineering office had already been commissioned with the service phases 3-7 and is regarded as a pre-occupied candidate. The results of the pre-occupied office will be made available to participants in order to bring all participants to the same level of knowledge. The adoption of foreign planning is particularly important.

If necessary, various special services will be commissioned. Such as:
- Monitoring the removal of defects within the limitation period (according to HOAI Annex 15 to § 55, LPH 9).
The contract negotiations are expected to take place in March / April 2019. Procurement is immediately after, performance begins immediately after placing the order.
The construction project will be created as a new building in one go.
The LPH 7 is already completed. The start of construction has already been completed, the construction completion for the elementary school, single gym and the house for children is scheduled for about May 2020.
Commissioning expected in the summer of 2020. The project completion including proof of use and billing for June 2021.
The client assigns the project to Honorary Zone II.
