The contract includes demolition of old buildings, construction of a new detached building in accordance with the passive house standard. The building shall have a capacity of 72 nursing home places with an accompanying parking basement, as well as reconstruction of sections of the existing nursing home to a capacity of 24 new nursing home places in low energy standard. The project also includes a new infrastructure with a planned main access from the Eikerveien road, with an adjacent parking area and a passable access to the nursing home's new main entrance. Establishment of footpaths, outdoor areas with planting and lawns and sense gardens connected to the nursing home. Establishment of a new energy central based on energy wells. Establishment of a new transformer with a different location than the existing transformer, including accompanying excavation of trenches, laying of new cables, etc. The intended location is given in the requirement specification.
